How are you? We trust you are well, training hard and looking after yourself through the winter months. That being said, it’s just a few weeks until it’s time to come out of hibernation and begin to enjoy the beautiful Perth springtime (which most non-Perth people would equate to a beautiful Summer).

So through the last few weeks and months, we’ve been plotting, brainstorming and preparing some cool new ‘things’ for you to check out, and we’re going to share with you a few of those ‘things’ right now!

Here’s how the story goes: I was talking to some friends (and a couple of clients) who were really keen to do Tough Mudder – and now I’ve registered and invited them along, they seem to have forgotten how excited they were when we talked about doing it!

As most of you know, we also have a ‘Vitality Fit Outdoor Series’.

Come along Saturday morning 8:30am to Market Square Park in Subiaco to experience a workout to kick start your weekend followed by a refreshing healthy post-workout snack, during which time we’ll also be sharing with you tips to help you get your results faster, easier and have some fun along the way.

Last thing to add to your diaries. Book in Friday 6th September for a social Friday evening drinks at Pure Bar, Subiaco.  We’re planning on making this a monthly gathering  and we love seeing you all, dressed in “normal” clothes, looking awesome and a little more glamourous than the end of a training session.

We’ll be there looking ‘different’ too
