Next Monday, you will receive your challenge booklet via email - this will include some simple questions to help you plan and prepare your challenge, your guide for the challenge and a tracking outline so you can see how you are going.

Unlike many other challenges, this one is about developing healthy, sustainable habits that get you to your goal.

We'll also be sending out regular emails and tips, so we suggest you add upliftingwellness.com.au to your address book and create a 10 week challenge folder to help you keep track of the tips.
